Following are recent collectible picks. They are recent
allocation/arrivals or wines that we think are worth your attention due to closing in on the magic drinking window.

I wanted to reach out today to share a selection of top Burgundies.
These are some of the top and most collectible Burgundies we have in stock. There are many hidden gems and several wines with mini verticals of two to four years. If you are a longtime lover of Burgundies, many of these will immediately stand out. If you are new to Burgundy but want to start learning or collecting, there are many educational opportunities available in the form of ready-to-drink or nearly-ready-to-drink wines. Many of these wines are entering drinking windows or are, at the very least, well into the process that will take them to their apogee.

There are also many bottles here that do not require any rush to drink but do have some time in the bottle and therefore offer the opportunity for a shorter overall time in the cellar. For anybody putting together a new or recently new cellar, you can start the assemblage of your cellar or collection with some older wines that will quickly grant access to great wines entering the drinking window rather than a cellar full of all of the same old cases of wine that will require a 7–10 year plus wait before enjoying them. In this way, you start your collection off right by including some older, nearly ready-to-drink wines and can add in new as you go. These somewhat older wines are also a nice way to see what Burgundy can do with a bit of age and show you what you might expect from some of the younger wines you are buying or thinking about buying.
